TRACK MEET INFORMATION:

• Date: Thursday, May 1st, 2014
• Running events @ 4:30pm

METHOD:

• Athletic.net (Each school has an account created by the Head Track Coach)
• MEET SIGNUP INSTRUCTIONS CLICK HERE
• DUE DATE:
  • ALL NOMINATIONS DUE BY 11:59pm on Saturday, April 26th, 2014.  No nominations after this time.
• NOTES:
  • Please do not use override times.  The only thing you need to do is be sure that over the course of the season when you enter times into Athletic.net that you select the correct choice on HAND or FAT timing.  This will ensure an equitable comparison of times for Top 8 Selection.
• OVERRIDE:
  • Only use override times if you do not use athletic.net.  You must be sure to enter with a “h” or “a” to tell the correct timing method.

QUALIFIERS PROCEDURES:

• I will post the qualifier list here within 24 hours of entry closing deadline.  I hope to have ready by Noon Sunday.

    • ORIGINAL QUALIFIER LIST (Ready at 11:00am 4/28/2013)
• Please look over your qualifiers on Sunday and EMAIL (mike127schmidt@gmail.com) me any athletes that will not be participating in an event in which they qualified.  I like to have a paper trail of changes to keep everything straight.  Please do not call and leave a phone message.
• I need time to contact the alternates and find out if they will accept the spot.   PLEASE CHECK ON SUNDAY AND MAKE ANY SCRATCHES YOU NEED TO MAKE.  ALSO, IF I OFFER AN ALTERNATE A SPOT, PLEASE REPLY ASAP SO I CAN CONFIRM OR MOVE TO THE NEXT ALTERNATE.  I know that you may not see your kids on Sunday, so at the latest, please take care of these on Monday A.M.
• I will republish a Final heat/flight sheet here:  (Hopefully by Monday night but may be as late as Tuesday A.M.)
