Fairfield Invite 1 & Fairfield/Belt Invite 2

Dates for 2014:

• April 11th (Friday)  Fairfield High School Meet (Fairfield Invite 1)
  • High School meet only.  MHSA no longer lets us combine w/ Junior High
  • Invitation Only (Small meet, must be off track by 2:30pm)
  • Belt, Cascade, Fairfield, Simms, Conrad, CJI, Choteau, GFH JV, CMR JV
• May 3 (Saturday)  Fairfield-Belt Invite Co-Host Meet
  • (High School Meet ONLY all H.S. teams welcome)
  • Chinook, Moore, Belt, Simms, CJI, Cascade, Denton, Fairfield, Hobson, North Star, Power, Great Falls Central
  • Fort Benton, Geraldine, Shelby, Valier, Choteau, Dutton-Brady, North Toole County, Centerville, Big Sandy, Seeley Swan, Malta
  • Schools are only allowed 5 entries per EVENT.

Meet Registration and Athlete Signups:

1.    www.Athletic.net  Click Here (Will be updated April 1st, 2014)

2.    Deadline for registration for each meet can be found on the athletic.net website

3.   The deadline will be 10:00am two days before the meet.  (i.e. Friday meet = entries due Wednesday 10:00am MST)

4.  MEET SUMMARY: ATHLETE ENTRIES BY SCHOOL (Will be updated after meet registration in 2014)

• Coaches can double check their entries

5. MEET PROGRAM Will be updated the day before the meet 2014

• Coaches can click on line and take a look at tentative heats/flights….Running will be reseeded at 9:00am after scratches.

6. ATHLETE COMPETITOR NUMBERS  (Will be updated the day before the meet)

• We will only use competitor numbers for the Fairfield – Belt Invite.
• Coaches are requested to have their distance runners (800/1600/3200) write their competitor number on their right hand.
• This should help us get the FAT times faster for all of the kids.

Additional Information:

• On arrival, coaches are asked to immediately go to the shed and scratch athletes in the scratch books that are available.  Track events only.  Field events can be scratched at the event.  We will reseed/reflight the running events at 9:00am.

• 10:00 Running Events
• Please have your athletes camp in the BLEACHERS or on the NORTH and South ends of the facility.
